Tracy Harris - Founder of Endura Advisors Private Equity Advisory and Investor Relations Consulting

Tracy Harris is the founder of Endura Advisors and a senior private markets executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the full LP–GP lifecycle. She brings a rare dual perspective to her advisory work: 17 years as an institutional investor and LP advisor, and 7 years as a partner at a direct buyout firm, most recently as Partner & COO of Siris Capital Group, a ~$7B AUM technology-focused buyout platform.

At Siris, Tracy served as a member of the firm's operating committee, overseeing investor relations, capital formation, firm operations, ESG, and human capital. She led fundraising efforts for the firm's private equity funds and co-investments. Prior to Siris, Tracy was a Partner at StepStone Group, where she co-led the small buyout, growth equity, and venture capital sector teams and served as the firm's Head of ESG across all asset classes. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Parish Capital Advisors, a ~$2B private equity fund-of-funds, where she played a lead role in investment execution, portfolio management, and capital raising.

Over the course of her career, Tracy has raised significant capital across commingled funds, managed accounts, and co-investments, and has developed deep relationships with the full spectrum of institutional LP types—public and private pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and their consultants.

Through Endura Advisors, Tracy works with private equity fund managers—including buyout, growth, and venture firms—at moments of strategic inflection. Her engagements span fundraising and IR strategy, firm positioning and messaging, product strategy, organizational design, and ESG integration. She is equally effective as a strategic thought partner to firm founders and as an operator who drives execution.

Tracy was named among the Hedge Fund Journal's Top 50 Women in Private Markets in 2025. She serves as Treasurer and Investment Committee Chair of the John Rex Endowment and as Chair of PE WIN's annual Senior Women's Industry meeting. She holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
